I dont understand why you think it's slower? It seemed pretty stable from late q2 up to the end. Ever since quali mode ban times from q2 to q3 dont change whole that much. To be fair, I don’t think Max put a clean clean lap in, as neither did Hamilton. Plus, wind was a bit interesting in the final run.
