1 stop probably seemed flavour of the day, Lewis pushed him so much (with the knowledge he was going to pit) after the first stop RBR just had to stay ahead and manage. I think it was more of a trap than RBR messing up

They would have to pull a 1.4s pitstop for that. Hamilton gained 0.8s trough second and third sector alone. Add a few tenths trough first sector out the box and there's not way you can cover than undercut.

It wasn't the strategy, max didn't have the pace. Lewis spent an obscene amount of time on Max's gearbox well within the undercut envelope.

I've a feeling Bottas will be popular today. Holds up Lewis which might have cost a win, couldn't even close the gap on fresh tyres to Max to cover off the fastest lap attempt from Verstappen, Mr.Mediocre is become Mr Liability

Good race, luckily Max got in front at the start. If Lewis led lap 1, that would have been a very dull race.
