They will look at the telemetry, those cars can slow fast and if he has time to chat he looks like he had time to slow. He had a few seconds.

It would be unfair if they penalize him cause at that point of the red flag he was going too fast to enter the pit lane. The FIA should focus on checking the legality of Red Bull and Ferrari and leave Mclaren alone. On another note good runs from both Norris and Ricciardo for doing those times with used tyres compared to the fresh tyred Ferraris at the start.

One has nothing to do with the other.

Its a singular issue judged entirely on its own merit.
