He needs to get on top of things within the next two races.

You can't keep third when you only have one driver delivering. Look at the Ferraris, they are both there. We can't rely on Lando to carry the team to third.

We still risk penalties with Lando as well. This weekend has been so bad so far, it's --- ridiculous. Shame, on a track they were expected to do good.

Its not the accident he had. That could happen to anyone. It's his 6th race with Mclaren and he was still ages behind Lando. Maybe he will never reach our expectations or when he do it, it will be too late.

That is what I'm saying. We are unable to keep 3rd if Ricciardo doesn't come to the level of Norris in the next two races. It's becoming ridiculous at this point and there aren't any excuses of different cars.

As much as I like his character, I think the team needs to look for his replacement for next season. He was brought in as a team leader, a possible world champion, and I’m sad to say he is just not delivering to expectations. “Just give him a couple of races” doesn’t buy it any longer imo.

It's not your patience that counts, it's the team's. It's a long season still. The crash was unfortunate but these things happen. Leclerc binned it in Monaco and it cost him a win.

Team gambled on track position in first qualifying and continued the practice in Q2 and it didn’t help. The whole jockeying for the last bite of the cherry is always with risks, at Baku that bites, it’s almost suicidal. Don’t buy that their pit position makes their exit determined, the RedBulls went out early.

It's funny how easily they see these kinds of violations and are blind to violations from a certain Prancing Horse and a certain Bull.
