Max goes almost a full second faster in his next Hot lap. Lewis makes the same improvement (bar 1 tenth).

I think you will find it was Latifi that hindered him not Hamilton. Also, he went into the pits and I'm pretty sure got brand new tires and didn't improve. Actually I just noticed he got his second fast lap deleted.
