While I agree with the comments about Vettel and Button's salery, I'm pretty certan he's got LOTS of desire & motivation this year.

Like you, I questioned his motivation last year, "yet another crappy car, how longs this gonna last?!" sort of year for him. This year he knows that he is a very lucky boy to even have an F1 drive this year, couple that with some seriously impressive winter testing results I'm pretty sure BrawnGP and the BGP001 has rekindled that fire in his belly.

With regards Rubens I'm fairly sure he'll be driving his heart out. This is the first time he's ever been given a top car (assuming the car is as good as it appears in winter testing) without Ross Brawn on the radio saying "Drive as hard as u can Rubens...just don't beat Hier Schumacher!" this year he's got the same guy (who I figure Rubihno likes, he DID put up with that nonsence for four years) saying "Go for it Rubens!".

Couple that with the fact that, not only is he lucky to have a drive this year, he also is lucky it wasn't given to young Bruno Senna...and he knows he's got to impress this year to keep that drive...indeed he's got to impress this year because if BrawnGP give that drive to Senna, Rubens needs to impress some other team bosses if he wants to be driving after the Abu Dabhi GP this november.

I reckon they're going to be doing just fine  (Assuming that car's a good'un)

Previously they used Alcon.

BrawnGP is in the list of Hitco supplied teams

Mmm, it seems that they select the brake manufacturer in function of the driver...
May because each driver has a diffrent requirement in the disc and or caliper department. Button likes Hitco Discs i blive with Rubens liking Brembo Discs from his Ferarri days.

Thats probably the answer, as wehn Alonso was at McLaren he gave away 1.2KG balast as he had his own signature Hitco discs where Hamilton used Brembo discs for the first part of the 08 season, untill at the French GP Hamilton couldnt get his brakes hot enough and the team threw a set of Hitcos on it for Saturday practice when he found that he liked Hitco discs, whitch put him where he was at the end of the season.

Another explination may be that they use Brembos for one race and Hiotcos for the warm ones and for brake heavy tracks such as Monza. Thats why STR did so well last year at Monza, the brakes were worht .4-.7 of a second a lap for Vettel as they (Vettel & Bourdais) were using Brembos and the rest of the field had only Hitcos at their disposal as they couldnt get any Brembos in time i heard Martin Brundle say in commentry or before the race.

There may be more than one explination for Brawn to be supplied by 2 diffrent manufacturers.

I was under the impression that McLaren's brake discs were supplied by Carbone Industies...
