Sauber and RB have those OZ version rims with strakes and Ferrari normal ones.

You can see it better here. It is basically a T-Wing, just a lot lower than last year

New here. I believe so too. Just go back at the pictures at the 1st page of the thread. Although not so clear but there seems to be an intake behind the bargeboard.

Completely different camera angles and lenses make it very tough to compare 2017 and 2018 Ferrari cars, for some meaningful quantitative wheelbase comparison. But also for some other exact details.

Some very lovely details about this car everywhere around, I'll make some nice pictures to illustrate them soon. Evolution, but a nice big step. RB14 is direct descendant of last spec RB13, as is W09 compared to W08, these two Ferraris are not that similar.

It's the same angle of the floor leading edge as last year, so very unlikely to be an opening. Besides, why would they have it there (if rules even allow two closed cross-section contours in that area)?

Lots of copies of 2017 Mclaren aero concepts...FW, under-nose area and bargebords are similar

F1analisitecnica is reporting that wheelbase has been lengthened by 50mm to get more downforce from the floor.

Its not a T-Wing (although its a T shape, and a wing lol), its the 2018 version of the monkey seat (i think), as the rules have changed for the monkey seat

Definitely not. The teeth on the leading edge gives it away; Don't think it works very well if there was a horizontal area in the way. The teeth would be in the way of the opening.

That is definitely just a render-paint issue. Firstly, teeth at the floor leading edge give it away as they generate 3 vortices that travel downstream under the car. Secondly, every effort is put to provide maximum massflow underneath the car (towards diffuser) in order to generate as much downforce as possible (hence back in 2010-2012 teams were opting for very high noses). Thirdly, floor leading edge generates A LOT of suction on its own- putting a duct into a low pressure zone would be simply wasteful (and duct would experience reversed flow..).
