Is interesting some old Ferrari ideas. Some Italian magazine talk about Cardile contribution (BTW was Newey that asked for him as AM CTO).
Obviously each new tech member put something that start from projects well studied in past experiences (just take a look at Serra in SF26).
The really "Newey touch" in AMR26 in my opinion is on the study in the distribution of weights (starting from the aerodynamic critical mass of the nose to the rear anchoring of the suspensions) and compared to the other projects seen, a study that - seems - more profound on the upper air flows.
In fact, my impression is that all the others have moved towards the optimization and extremization of the lower flows, while here the reasoning has been practically the opposite.
