They should hire him for Verstappen's teammate.

He doesnot fit in a F1 car due to his height (1.93m).

So Norris almost risked speeding in pitlane to try to overtake Max...on the grass  not sure I would call it "sharpness"

No...

I think there are two interesting points:
- Niels Wittich, former race director, said that the needed behavior is, that they have to slide in at the pit exit light. He also said that someone (maybe Lec, he was not sure) got a penalty for such an infringement. I could not find this example so far.
- Verstappen quite clearly missed the pit stop location. So the slow stop was his fault, not the team.

not sure what "Verstappen quite clearly missed the pit stop location" (very good hyperbole  ) has to do with Norris misjudging his chances to get Max past over the grass.

Driver is perfect on the marks. Right rear tire was delayed. Team explained that reserve pit crew was simply slow.

There is a clear image of the rear tire in the rear marks, which by extension means the front tire is in the front marks. Whatever you have seen in the t-cam is an illusion due to poor perspective.

How come in 2023 they always had cold tires that were slow to go to temperature , and in 2024 and 2025 they always have tire overheating? What is the technical change that occurred and why can it not be reverted?

In 2023, each weekend GP would tell Max about the tires being cool and then a few laps into the race tell him when the tires were “ready”. From the very first weekend in 2024 this never happened again. In fact, Max had been reporting that the tires were already too hot often halfway through the outlap! This kind of message was reported in so many free practice sessions.

How is such a change possible? What changed?

The car was much better in qualifying in 2024, let's not forget Max got many poles in a row in early 2024.

Yes because last year the tires were always hot immediately to the point that the outlap became about keeping the tire cool instead of warming them.

Now that they have a clear tire overheating issue in the races, why wouldn’t you revert to whatever mechanical items were used in 2023 or some hybrid? I don’t understand how in 1 year the car has no tire degradation and struggles to heat the tires, and the next is the complete opposite behavior. What did you do!

maybe because in 2023 winter they addressed a bit the problem of quali, which requires to heat the tyres up quickly, but at the cost of risking overheating them

consider also Ferrari, they had the opposite problem: excellent quali pace but horrendus race pace in 2023, then they addressed the problem and in 2024 they ended up with very good race pace but poor quali pace and tyre heating capacity.

Yeah it seems like with these regs, there's an inherent compromise with regard to having great wear and quali pace. McL hit the right sweet spot last year. RB were too biased on one side for a part of the season and Ferrari too biased on the other.
