Your proposals have nothing to do with being the best driver, the most talented driver or any sports-like achievement. You want to turn F1 into the WWF, where you are rewarded for being a good actor, not necessarily the best sportsman. If you don't care about skill and just want to watch a show, go watch NASCAR or something. Plenty of overtaking there.
