INSURANCE
29) The promoter of an Event must procure that all competitors, their personnel and drivers are covered by third party insurance as required by the Agreement and its schedules.
30) Ninety days before the Event, the promoter must send the FIA details of the risks covered by the insurance policy which must comply with the national laws in force as well as the Agreement. Sight of the policy must be available to the competitors on demand.
31) Third party insurance arranged by the promoter shall be in addition and without prejudice to any personal insurance policy held by a competitor or any other participant in the Event.
32) Drivers taking part in the Event are not third parties with respect to one another.
