What are on about learn your English, its just an expression meaning it will require a lot of luck to win or earn a podium
It's just not my impression, that the DRS effect has led to more chaotic races in the past - more on the contrary, with many DRS trains. But feel free to explain why you expect this, if I'm missing something.
I think Bill is refering to qualifying more so than the race itself, we`ve all see how a decent tow can move you up the grid significantly...
Yes there was a year were teams were scrambling for a tow and drs that nobody wanted to go out and put out a lap first fearing that they will be giving an advantage to a competitor behind while compromising themselves because of lack of slipstream and drs. Some eventually ran out of time to put a lap so it was total disaster. So making predictions is tricky

The rules have changed a bit since then, so it hopefully won't be as chaotic, but sure, a good tow in Qualifying plays a part.

DRS is (apart from the exact efficiency) the same for everyone in Qualifying, though. All cars are allowed to use it throughout all DRS zones.

Pirelli defined minimum pressures (PSI) - 25.5 front, 23.5 rear
Is it just me, or is that crazily high ?

I think the home favourites will struggle here.

The car as is well known, appears to lose much of its pace unless it's slammed....especially on high speed tracks. They could slam the car but the plank will get destroyed through Lesmo 1 & 2 plus Ascari. Quali I could see them placing well (Hamilton's penalty aside), but I think they'll struggle to maintain position in the race.

They could of course go with raising the car but then they'll not qualify well. Third option is risk it all at Monza and hope they don't wear the plank down enough for a DSQ.
