Hope they did the changes properly because otherwise we will have a pretty horrible race.

Interesting that Max saved 2 hards, but non of the official strategies shows the need for it.
Based on this, 2 mediums would have been more useful, like how most other top teams did.
Probably they are really afraid of tyre wear? Or hard works that better on Red Bull.

Not ideal but track temperature will continue to drop.

yes, he was asked by GP if he needs more flap but he said no because it's oversteering at entry

A comment by Stella, but relevant to Red Bull's issues

"What's interesting here is that the more slippery the track is, the greater our advantage seems to be. Usually, that's a good trait. From my experience, this means that the car has a high level of basic downforce. The less grip the asphalt offers, the more important this kind of downforce becomes."
Max keeps saying they lack tire grip or that they lack grip. This should translate to lacking a basic level of downforce compared to the others. The basic downforce level is the biggest car performance differentiator.

Leclerc said something interesting about the Ferrari updates and that it wont show its true potential until they get to a track with more highspeed corners. I suspect the RB21 also thrives in highspeed corners. It's probably biased to generate more load in the highspeed will carrying less wing than the other cars. Here it seems the medium speed is ordinary for them, and they probably lack a middle of the ground wing level to compensate for the inherent high speed bias in the car.
For Sure!!
