yes the first run he was ahead of Bottas, but he still set the fastest first sector time in Qualy
the 2nd run they were no where as close to get any advantage of tow

I guess F1 media should change it's forecast provider to Accuweathersiskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 12:17because the accuweather site is not on the race track...it is on the general area of monza
where as the other site is the one used by f1 media etc....that is how i got the link
but carry on jumping on people like that
weather is difficult to predict...it may be torrential rain and it may be sunny
So how do you explain that the two Ferraris were slower than Ham in S1, on both occassions (where have a chicane and looong straights)?siskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:24they do have weaker PU....maybe by a small amount only but still the 2nd best...the top speeds are higher for Ferraris in their last run
showing thunderstorms just before the race in this site (dont think it is accurate)

I'd rather say super efficient tractionVanja #66 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:30http://www.newsf1.it/wp-content/uploads ... ricopg.jpgsiskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:24they do have weaker PU....maybe by a small amount only but still the 2nd best...the top speeds are higher for Ferraris in their last run
Yeah, they are just barely dragging their massive sail at higher top speed than Ferrari.
SF71-H is a super efficient chassis, that's where their advantage this season is.
ok then please show me the data that Ferrari has slower PU in relation to MercVanja #66 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:30http://www.newsf1.it/wp-content/uploads ... ricopg.jpgsiskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:24they do have weaker PU....maybe by a small amount only but still the 2nd best...the top speeds are higher for Ferraris in their last run

Hamilton didn't start going faster in S1 until the end. All weekend he was slower there. IMO he did a better job than everyone else at the first chicane. Because if you look at what Bottas did in S1, he is way behind the Ferraris.siskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:29becauseSchuMassa wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:27So how do you explain that the two Ferraris were slower than Ham in S1, on both occassions (where have a chicane and looong straights)?siskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:24

1. Merc were slower in speed trap by 2 to 3 kph
2. higher wing giving good traction out of last corner?
3. higher wing giving good initial speed out of the first corner
Four years spent hearing "We have weaker PU" BS from Ferrari and Red Bull. You'll live. It's close and that's the only thing we want in the sport.
yup i was surprised by how much he gained in that run in S1... he was still 3 kph behind the Ferraris...i guess he gained the tenth over the first corner alone....will be interesting to see the onbaordHammerfist wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:36Hamilton didn't start going faster in S1 until the end. This was always a Ferrari track. Lewis made it closer than it seems. Tomorrow it should be a cake walk for Ferrari.
Indeed, Ferrari has far better low-speed corner traction and mechanical grip.Spoutnik wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:31I'd rather say super efficient tractionVanja #66 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:30http://www.newsf1.it/wp-content/uploads ... ricopg.jpgsiskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:24they do have weaker PU....maybe by a small amount only but still the 2nd best...the top speeds are higher for Ferraris in their last run

Unfortunately, this is the aspect of Vettel's character I don't appreciate.siskue2005 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 16:23yeah i dont know why he is unhappy.... as long as he is in front of Lewis...crybaby much
Sadly i dont think Ferrari will let Kimi win the race
or
Will they dare to pull out team orders and face the shame in front of the tifosi?
