The Rossi thing does sound fairly serious - it has been pointed out elsewhere that he now has enough miles to apply for a Super License (surely no co-incidence?).DaveKillens wrote:Yea, with Rossi doing a second test with Ferrari, this is no longer a public relations exercise. I guess they are serious, he just might wind up in a red car in the near future. If Rossi can translate his motorcycle racing skills to four wheels, it will be wonderful to see.
As for Jordan - too true, they are letting themselves slip back - why give yourself a bigger mountain to climb next year? Wise words Dave......DaveKillens wrote:As far as Jordan/Midland, I'm pretty pessimistic. The rumors that the real effort and money will happen in '06 are there, but allowing Jordan to decay this year just makes it that much harder to move forward if and when they decide to make a serious race car. Right now it's a team with a dismal future, and going nowhere. (with the one exception of securing the Toyota powerplant)
