Top 4 I'd say. Not getting down on any ranking, but disgarding Hamilton or Vettel isn't realistic.
It'll be a question how Raikkonen reacts to the different car. He settled in very quick at Lotus, but chances are, especially with such 'nutcase' like Kimi, it goes wrong at Ferrari.
Alonso is heavily competitive driven, combine that with Spanish blood and it isn't any surprise the occasional blur-out occurs. I think Luca knows that and isn't too concerned with what Alonso says, nor should he: Alonso will almost always perform, just like Kimi. The best way for both of them is starting from what the team wants and not what they individually want. The team mostly will be concerned about massively scoring points each race; doesn't really matter who ends in front of the other. They might interfere if one realistically isn't going to stand a chance in the WDC or tell them to hold ground in order to, let's say, save the engine or not taking a risk to collide.
If they are able to do that, going from the team's perspective, then they should be ok. Massa always did that, the reason why Kimi didn't protested against orders in 2008. Alonso probably would have done the same if Massa was in contention for the title and he wasn't. It is the attitude you expect from your teammate. If they are going to be selfish on the other hand, it'll be impossible to turn that around and you'll get animosity.
