The nose is quite boxy for a Ferrari, scary-tight back end packaging though. Not too fond of the colours, can't really put my finger on it, but especially the front just doesn't feel right.

You can see that the car's sidepods are narrower and tighter around the body with more shape to them. The rear also looks very compact, to a point where there looks to be no engine. Keel seems to be placed further up, not sure if its zero keel though. The wings are all off the 248, said to be replaced before the first GP. Testing the car starts tomorrow.

Don't like the new livery

I miss the white on the front and back wing. Has anybody noticed how many people are on the forum right now.. it has been 130 people steady since I have been on.

innovative quick-shift system? I saw this in the press release, I'm guessing it is going to be a seamless gearbox?

You can really tell the difference of teams development.. I.E-Ferrari's challenger against Toyota's challenger.

Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

ya, that's because of the new zero keel front suspension..
to be honest, i was a little bit disappointed, as the new car seems so similar to last year's one.. maybe it's the wings, but anyway, i still think that the renault r27 is still the best "looking" car so far... i hate to admit it :(

Looks like they have gone to a more traditional front brake ducting system, correct?

Also looks like they are not scared to push the limts of their rear wheel lip design a bit further - once more...

I'll give my left ball for McLaren and Ferrari to get their old sponsors back!
Dont dream it, do it.

There will change a lot before the car appears at the grid in Australia. As you can read in the interviews I've put online in the newssection, the wings are the same as the 248F1. The new ones will be on the car before the Australian Grand Prix. Don't forget it's still 2 months before the first GP of the season and there are still numerous test session

Does anyone find it curious that they blocked off the radiator inlets but left the intake open? I bet there's some magic behind those radiator inlets!

Here's a flash movie of the decals being applied to the car. It has a few shots of the rear.

@BreezyRacer: I think it was Aldo Costa who said this, but it was stated that the radiator design has changed. Perhaps it's changed so radically that they would like to keep it under wraps for as long as possible.
