Ricciardo with a “--- ‘em All” in his helmet. I’m sure that will solve his issues. Then he gets lapped by Norris again, just like last years “these are my streets”.

Not very likely, in FP1 he was within a 10th of Lando. Unfortunately he didn’t get a clear run in FP3.

I always find Monaco and Hungaroring as best indications that test the aerodynamic package of each team. In my opinion so far in terms of aerodynamics the best are Ferrari and Red Bull. Then comes Mclaren with Torro Rosso very close (half a tenth) then the rest seem to be 2 tenths behind including Mercedes. That to me shows that the team has at least the 3rd best chassis in terms of aerodynamics or equal with Torro Rosso in 3rd while the rest including Mercedes seem to be 2 tenths slower. The difference to the first two should be half a second in terms of aerodynamics. The question for James Key is can he find half a second with tweaking the new package?
It's more of a test of the mechanical grip than anything else. How well can you setup a car to give the driver confiudence in cornering at low speed, low speed accelration and braking all done over lots of bumps and close to walls. So much of it is low speed that aero efficeincy doesn't matter. If a car isn't super tight, drivers will loose a ton of time just not pushing the car to the edge and not because the car isn't capable. So alot of it is phycological.

Pace for what? For pole? Definitely not, but Q3 is in the cards… P5-P6 is also in the cards, losing a bit much in S1 against the rest of the field, probably building up speed

That’s unlucky… Lando and Daniel were both in good laps after S1… This will be tricky

I cant see the pace for P5-6. Before the qualify yes but now look at the q1. We are slow

Wow man, so unlucky. With this huge amount of track evolution they get red flagged while being on risk of elimination. Can't get any unluckier if you try.

Alo, Gasly, Ham took a better lap than us in the same condition

Track is ramping up… They both got their best laps on their 5th lap, that tells you that track evolution is considerable.

They were both a couple tenths up before the Red Flag in S1 and with green mini sectors in S2… The problem now is tire temperature for the last run

Good laps under pressure to get to Q2.

I believe both of them will get to Q3 but Danny Ric has to step up his game. He has to be at least 1 tenth close to Lando.

How are we looking in terms of tires though? That red flag fu*ked us up real bad.

That was a very good effort considering the pressure to deliver with only one shot at it… Most of the lap time is lost in S1… Lando’s S3 was impressive
