Lando was very happy with the car in quali:

Nonetheless Norris said he felt confident in the car and it had been more competitive than he expected at the Red Bull Ring.
McLaren have introduced various new parts over the last two races, some of which were intended to improve its performance but others aimed at helping Norris feel more confident in the car. He said they appear to be working as desired.
So, upgrades designed to make it easier for Lando to find the limit, not all to improve the best lap time, but to make it more accessible. I think Silverstone will be the real test of these of course, but it's still great to get such a good quali result.
It's affected both drivers, just one more than the other, so it isnt Lando.specific I don't think.
Lando may benefit more. but both should be able to find more time.
But in my opinion, Lando was always going to do well here. He loves it and he will have his confidence here.
There's just one proper slow turn, none of the stuff that would bother Lando. The braking zones here are simpler affairs in general. And if the car feels better to him now, he has everything to dominate here.
It'll be interesting to see track temps come race time.
