it's going to be very crowded the first race in zandvoort, also it looks new teams are going in

Is that the track where they must have noise restrictions. I really don't like that one. Its got no rhythm. Or is it that brilliant teisty one with the long-ish straights? Whatever I'll be watching. Maybe team GB will get a win.(unlikely)

Does anyone know what are the teams allowed to change/tweak on the A1GP car ?
