Merc seems to be getting most vote. Just curious if Merc performance at Barcelona was down to their ability to heat up their tyres at the cold Barcelona test? Could this turn into a major disadvantage in warmer condition?

4 races complete, and I think Mclaren is perhaps the biggest disappointment of the season.
Biggest surprise will perhaps be force india.

Merc has just announced they will switch 50% of their staffs to 2014 program by May. Does it mean other teams will do the same and RBR will again, win the championship?

Red Bull, Merc, and Ferrari. Not necessarily in that order, but they've separated themselves from the rest. Lotus is fourth best, in their own class and Force India is behind them with McLaren close behind.

We need to separate race vs quali pace IMO.
On average, I think:
Race pace:
Ferrari
Red Bull = Lotus (depending on circuit)
Mercedes
Force India (just about)
McLaren

Quali pace:
Mercedes
Red Bull
Ferrari
Lotus
Force India=McLaren

But in terms of race pace also, it depends upon the track layout and conditions, isn't it? I wonder even on average Ferrari would be higher than RB in terms of race pace. IMO, they are neck-n-neck. At some track Ferrari has the upper hand and on some others RB.

Its interesting looking back and seeing McLaren at the top of all the predictions, now they are struggling to beat Toro Rosso. How the mighty have fallen. In terms of car ranking its interesting because you have two cars that are good qualifiers, hard on their tires and prefer cool conditions, Red bull and Mercedes, and two other teams that are the complete opposite, Lotus and Ferrari. Depending on track and track conditions any one of those four could be the best car at a particular race.

I guess it is a relatively save bet to assume that more robust tyres of Mark II specification for full race performance will be used for the remaining races after Hungary. That should shift the balance more in favour of Red Bull and Mercedes. I think that Ferrari, Lotus and FI could have avoided much of that pendulum effect if they had earlier agreed to switch back to Kevlar belting and keep the compounds. As it stands they have to expect harder compounds as well, simply to increase the durability and the safety margin.
