I am starting this thread to discuss 2013 cars ranking based on track side observation during pre-season testing. Coming out for Jerez, which team has got the best car at the moment?

As I said, as I have no better evidence, I'm going on what the experts say, and various analysts have asserted that this is the order at the moment... Of course, at the moment, we've seen none of the 2013 aero packages, so it's all open.

At the moment it's a complete shot in the dark to make a ranking like this. It's like the same front pack + Lotus, mid pack seems tighter this year and the usual suspects at the back.
