Sensor package. Pressure taps from the floor are feeding into it. A rear facing thermal camera is looking through a triangular hood and aimed at the rear tire. Round multi pin connector at the front. Note this car also has deflector bulges on the diffuser like the W15 & W16.

Could it be something much simpler like a drain for rainwatter that gets throu the sidepod intakes?

It almost looks like they are bleeding air from the bottom of the radiator intake housing and injecting it into the edge of the venturi tunnels. I'm guessing that would be super illegal though.
