If Norris and Leclerc defended against Verstapen like they defended against Hamilton…Hamilton would have won today!

If Hamilton had a quick 2s stop he would have caught up to Verstappen.

He had 3.3s stop.
Verstappen had a 3.5 second stop as well.

If Hamilton hadn't locked up costing him 3s on the first stint he'd have won. We can spend all day looking at the what ifs

And they still won't say out loud that he's the number one driver for some reason.

The team seem to think they have an equal driver pairing for some reason that only they seem to be able to articulate in their own heads.

ALSO, Liam Lawson would've finished much higher than P17.......such a shame he's not in a car. Ricciardo has not earned his drive at all this year.

Mercedes letting RB off the hook with their brilliant strategy. Today was the day to take it from them, but that first stint extension did them in.

Hallucinating or something?

He may have lost 0,3 out of that! It was Lando that lost 1+ second by doing the same mistake!

Lewis would've won today if Mercedes boxed the lap after Max but they had other ideas
He was under 2s behind Lando before the stops.

They gave him extra 7s to make up before he could even get to think fighting for the win.

Merc is definitely not a complete team in terms of drivers, pit wall, strategy, development or anything. They're kind of just blowing in the wind. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but they don't seem to be in control.

Shameful in strategy and pit stops as usual. Another missed opportunity. Sigh…

At the same time Russell P7 so far behind...
If they had 2 Russell in their cars Merc would be fighting McLaren in the WCC

But my big question today is why Norris let him Verstappen blue flagged him while the guy arguably should've been penalized for his move underbraking... He's acting weird

I'll look at the laptimes later but I'm convinced it cost more than that and you could see it on the intervals

It is a great drive by Max and his car was not fastest today.

Charles and Lando are in on it. I wouldn't be surprised if the CIA had a drone ready to take him out if he got the lead. [-o< for LH.
