For no reason at all. I am just cheering. Dont mind me. In all seriousness though the big reset next year is the team's opportunity.

It is a great opportunity. Hopefully McLaren can take advantage of it. Nothing is a given though and, I hate to say it, we've been on such a run of progress these past few years, at some point we may have a dip in form, so keep it realistic and steady, anything can happen next year.

Privately (In the sense that I have announced it on the forum several times) I'm nursing hopes that there is time to be found in this years car that will carry over to next year so I have hopes that we can do well.

Next year is all about the floor, diffuser, front wing and making a very slippy car.

Amazing race pace this week compared to last, Lando robbed of a P2 on merit by a BS penalty (Sergio's were also BS) hopefully we can continue the form at Silverstone and keep Merc honest for another week

Shows how well Lando is driving this season, he has 101 points alone, Ferrari has 102 as a team! Also after 9 races not many would have predicted he would also be 9 points ahead of Bottas in the standings!

Lando looses 2 points from his licences before silverstone, so he will only have 8 by then

Great race by the team, another superb drive by NOR and a solid recovery by RIC, he could do noting at the end against SAI as he had DRS + fresh rubber.
Overall we extend our lead over Ferrari and with the pace we have on the straights and in the fast corners, I think we can win at Monza this year on merrit.

Silverstone will be a big test for our car, I expect much closer battle with Ferrari there.

I’ve been one of Landos bigger critics over the years but wow what a driver he’s turning into.

Great weekend last week dominated the midfield in my opinion.
He was just superb in quali yesterday and then followed it up with another tremendous drive today... he obliterated the midfield today

It’s a shame the power is going to Micheal Masi’s head.... not only a harsh 5 second penalty in the race but 2 penalty points on his licence!!!

Still not ideal though… He didn’t deserve those points at all… He will have to be very careful and he won’t lose any points I believe until Interlagos, that’s a long way away
