Yes, but when you're out there observing on the sidelines, your eyes will be more trained on relative differences of the cars you're watching than some diminishing memories of what the cars from the year before were doing.

Lawrence Barretto, F1TV reports that "they (Red Bull Racing) are planning to test their 'race one' aero package next week, so keep your eyes on the Red Bull for tweaks when it hits the track in Bahrain for the final test."
I agree. In all of the areas where other teams are showing details, Red Bull lacks details and pieces (front wing endplate, rear brake tin, bib, floor edge, rear wing endplate, etc). I guess we'll see some modifications next week.
Makes sense that PU & transmission is very well developed since there've been no restrictions, while aero development was first forbidden and then compromised by RB21.

Red Bull technical director Pierre Wache said in the press conference just moments ago that Red Bull is not the best team, but the fourth best team.
Wache: "According to our analyses, Ferrari, Mercedes, and McLaren currently appear to be ahead of us, while we're right behind them. Of course, we could be wrong since we don't know the other teams' fuel loads or engine modes. Right now, instead of looking at others, we're focusing on addressing our own shortcomings."
"The traction in low-speed corners looks quite good. Additionally, Ferrari and Mercedes have quite impressed us with their straight-line speeds, especially in runs with low fuel loads. Of course, it's hard to draw a clear picture until everyone demonstrates their true performance with the same amount of fuel in Melbourne's qualifying sessions. However, I can say this: just like last year, the medium- and low-speed corners still stand out as our weakest point that we need to improve."
Very unlikely though. I think we need to be realistic...4th fastest according to Wache.
