Actually for once, I think he needs to chill a bit and try to use the tires smartly. Mediums really dropped off hard at the end for the others. The team should be telling him that. If McLaren really have a tire wear advantage here, he can potentially blitz past the 3 in front in the last 10-15 laps of the race.
