few moments ago sky Italia F1 reported that there is presently an active discussion to limit electric deploy to 250kw or 200kw...in order to limit "weird" harvesting procedures...they are saying that this morning several cars have actively tested these new configurations...both 250 and 200...and that there is a real possibility to start in Australia with a new limit...to me all this stuff seems lunar...
Auto Motor Und Sport had also an article about this... incomprehensible!
The only explanation I can think of for this is that the overtake mode is completely useless, and they think it could work if instead of more power at the middle of the straight the car behind gets 100-150 kW extra right at the beginning.
Davidson was saying they will test a 350 kW superclip (right now limited to 250 kW). I think they are just exploring various options to tweak the format.

Increasing superclip to 350 kW would make it easier to fill the battery in tracks like Monza.

Aston Martin have either paid for this level of puff piece or the commentary crew are just biased as all hell; oh it's so bad, they've tried so hard, Lawrence is a great man, what a racing Dad he is...

I wonder what will thrust the car when the ICU have to superclip at 350kw... In Italy we would say "energy has a hard head" it has this annoying tendency of cannot being created from nothing

350 kW from ICE will charge the battery - it's like you lifted off the throttle and are coasting.

Bortoleto seems to be doing a nice race sim (compared to the "midfield" teams)

yes looked good , but he was on a three stop race strategy, opposed to Bearman or Lindblad.

lets ee what he can do on the quarry run now.

Max is half a second down in sector 2, relative to Leclerc on their hot laps! Not once, but multiple times on same tyres :o
