I'll quote myself from the Hungaroring thread :D

Kimi will win at Spa.

Time for F1 2011 on my neglected ps3 and Olympics for me (even though those will be over in a few weeks as well) :P and maybe a little trip down to brackley and smashing the Merc AMG factories windows in  - But then again they won't notice, they have been in hibernation since pre-season testing.

Those 5 weeks will be the hardest for every F1 Fan
So what have we got in August ? hmmm
-WEC Endurance Championship at Silverstone , expect a great battle between Toyota and Audi again
-Olympics
-Spanish Supercup , El Clasico ! between FCB and RMA ( 23 , 29 August)
-And the return of the Premier League ( Come On City  )
PS: Are the teams allowed to do some uprades on their cars ? ( including Wind Tunnel testings )
Why don't they make Non Championship Races ? a Race In august will be great for the show :)

This is gonna be a painful month, but thanks to Mercedes AMG, most of the races have been painful to watch as well, so I'm kind of used to it  There's a new go kart track in my town, that's where i ll be on weekends. Other than that would be reading A Feast for Crows, A Dance with Dragons, The Great Gatsby. And there's always time for poker ;)

The break is far too long but I suppose the F1 personnel deserve some time out with the long calendar this year.
A bonus for me is that i will actually be at Spa when F1 returns after the break. I can’t wait. :D
Anyone who is hitting F1 2011 hard, are you playing online? If so i will have a game with someone.

I think this is the most wasted, unnecessary break.

For once we agree on something!

Imagine if they had to work a NASCAR driver/team's schedule. 36 races, plus how many drivers also compete in other series?

Imagine if the NASCAR teams had to spend the winter designing new cars ;)

I can't think of another job where you don't get a holiday... In fact, I can't think of another job where you get only 2 weeks. So no, it's not an insult to every working person... Because they all get holidays.
