I have a question about motec. Can i see data from F1 2009 in Motec?

Yes i know but i think motec is better and was wondering if i could see the data in motec too.

Either way the answer is probably no unless you are really good at code.

I don't think you can with that game, however I've seen people do it with rFactor, and I believe there is a 2009 F1 mod. Although I have not done it personally.

Several simulations output telemetry. F1 2009 is not a simulation though.
