Monisha Kaltenborn = new Bernie ?

Post

For me i think she´s the best option all things considered.
Who would you like to take over from Bernie Ecclestone when he passes away (natural or not)

I honestly think a girl like Monisha could set things straight in many ways simply because she´s not a man,
No offense to men, i am one myself but if i had to put my money on someone keeping F1 alive it would be Monisha.

No one should take over, it should be taken over by a group of people. the team bosses, 2 from the FIA(1 who was part of the rule book and 1 who is elected by Todt for example), 1 from CVC(or whoever is the owner now), 1 from Sky and another person(for example Monisha Kalternborn).

Why would that be better? Because then the interest from everyone involved in F1 is considered and by that a way through is considered. Now it is the interest of only Bernie that rules F1, others can say things(or not sign an agreement) but in the end it is still Bernie and his own agenda that pulls the strings, and imo that destroyed more than that it did good in the past 10 years.

So by considering leadership by a team of people everyone's agenda is considered, and not the agenda of a single person.

EDIT: I have never heard of Monisha Kalternborn and I only used her as an example as Nando named her.

It's going to be some faceless suit from the boardroom of CVC. Anyone who thinks it will be someone with a racing background is being unrealistic.

The FIA being involved absolutely should not happen. The entire point of Bernie was to wrestle control away from them, and allow the teams to say what they wanted, rather than bow to what the FIA wanted at every moment.

Everything about this Sauber is so generic, have you seen their presentation???, have you seen her interviews on TV, have you seen the "new" liverey (it is not a livery, it is a freaking joke) on TV? Horrible, there is no lived passion going on, and watch how pale Hulkenberg looks in his new racing overall, AWFUL! Sauber will go down the drain! and the wonderpods won't help them! Not a wonder they scared James Key away.

Hulkenberg deserves more than this!

You make no sense.
Sauber is a team that has its own identity and that has hard working and passionate people inside it. They don't have bells and whistles around them like other teams have and that is in fact a good thing if you ask me. You can't judge something just by watching TV.

Bernie is exactly why F1 exists today, and why the teams have so much of a cut of things.
