Privately owned racetracks question

Read an article and found this,
Jaypee's Buddh International Circuit is only one of three privately-owned circuits on the 19-round calendar.

Which other tracks are privately owned?

Austria will join next year, belonging to red bull. Suzuka is owned by Honda.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

Yes, Silverstone is owned by the British drivers. COTA is owned by a private consortium lead by property developers.

The reason for it being that low now is simple – Bernie has steadily pushed the prices up to a point where it's no longer commercially viable to run a race. Now only the government of a country can see it as viable because they're looking at gaining from increased economic impact of tourism, as well as from the ticket sales alone.
