By definition, one cannot objectively look at a driver, because that would involve subjective views about the car's performance, as well as making certain assumptions, such as how the driver performs in qualifying as well as in races. In order to "objectively" call a car fast or slow, then we would have to make the "subjective" assumption that either qualifying or the race is an accurate barometer of the car's performance - which means that the view isn't objective anymore.
