Flavio Briatore

Post

As everybody might be knowing, renault's boss (ghosn) is not to keen about being in f1 and thinks that it is a waste of time and money. This also means that Renault might be pulling out by the end of the season. What do you people think Flavio would do? he is sub contracted so he can move to another team too. Where would he go and to replace who? Any thoughts? He will be in demand as he is a real good team boss

Renault spend the least of all the big boys and still get results by following an individual design path. What with the new locost F1 that is on the horizon for 2008 I think they will stick around personally. (Even Gerhard Berger is talking about setting up his own team!) I did read somewhere that Renault are struggling to sell cars though so you never know.

I'll have to have a trawl but I'm sure I read that they are having problems selling at least one of their new models in France. Sorry I cannot be more specific but I need some sleep! ( :-({|= )
