Sauber Petronas Engineering is it still around?

Hi guys,
I was just wondering whether Sauber Petronas Engineering is still around.
From what I know is that Sauber was purchase from Peter Sauber by Bmw however, BMW has mention that they will keep the team as a separate company from Bmw AG the company that design those nice cars that everyone would like to own. So if this is the case, is Sauber Petronas engineering still in existance or is it dead because BMW bought over Sauber and whatever happen to saubers' head of powertrain guy from last year?

Plz forgive me if I am complete wrong on this topic.
