I said this would happen, when it was initially proposed. What a 'silly' move this was. Did they really think, basically building and developing a 'totally' new powerplant would cost less than restricting the existing units? Say it to yourself a few time and think it through.....Do you get it....they did'nt. Does it even remotely sound like it would make sense?
