CBS is the only station except for speed that show the races. Most of the races are taped, but the good thing was you get to sleep in, watch the race in the afternoon. It was also good because last year they didn't cut away on the last laps like it happened on ITV.
The Formula One on CBS race schedule (all times are Est. Std. Time):
* April 24th 1-3 pm Race Republic of San Marino
* May 8th 1-3 pm Race Barcelona, Spain
* June 12th 12-2 pm Race Montreal, Quebec (LIVE)
* July 24th 1-3 pm Race Hockenheim, Germany
Last year they had a technical director as one of the commenators, I think he was a technical director of some ALMS team. He was pretty good at explaining some things during the race.
Here is the programming schedule for Speedtv, this way you can find out when the race starts, usually it is in the morning.

Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.
