Ageed 100%, specially when is said that limitation of development will give all advantage to the richest teams. How sweet it was when brains and thinking out of the box gave wins to teams with lower budgets...

Right, and I bet that Frank Williams knows more about it than me, but you could argue that once a gadget has been developed, there is no escape of the richest teams making a better use of it, because most people can be bought, not only drivers but also engineers.

So, are the needs of Sir Williams more new gadgets and less old gadgets? Can something really new be invented? THIS would be thinking OOB.

Sir Frank proves once more that he is one of the smartest and wisest people F1 ever had. Wish we could have someone like him instead of Mosley as head of the FIA.

agreed.......one thing i hate is how EVERYTHING is starting to be run like commercial buisnesses.....they need to start treating F1 as a sport again, not somthing to make themselves richer off of......here in the US its kind of scary, even SCHOOLS, yes, those places you go to learn stuff, are acting more like corperations than, well, places you go to learn stuff......

speaking of school, i better get going.....
