GP2 to become F2

FIA and FOM announced that the GP2 series will become the official f2 championship.

I´m wondering if there will be new technical regulations or if the cars will continue to be one-make.

My proposal would be to allow different chassis/engine combinations

Chassis: approved suppliers as F3 or LMP2
Engine: 1.6-V6-TC -> basically an F1 engine without ERS, adjust fuel flow to get something around 500 hp

While Formula E isn't a usual way to F1; you can earn "Super license points" in FE. It counts as much as the F3 European championship, LMP1 (in WEC) and Indycar.
