predecessors for the upcoming side markers/blinkers that are going to be mandated to make Formula classes have more road relevance, and safer for drivers to see which direction they're going to go.

According to news outlets it will feature the halo.
I think the surprise was that they were running the car without it, not that the car won't feature it. I don't think the final spec of halo was defined until a few weeks ago, so it probably wasn't ready for the test - the video doesn't say when that occurred, could have been months ago.

Cant wait for this season, Lando in as a rookie and still very young will show how good he is. My only concern is he signed with Carlin who are just joining the series so maybe need time to settle.
Ollie Rowland will be tough to beat to the title, If Markelov stays he will be a force as will Ghiotto.
Also looking forward to seeing George Russell, to see how he performs.
Team GB looking strong, Rowland Norris and Russell. Looking good to find a British replacement for our Lewis in F1 in the not too distant future.
