They way he "pronounces" 100 is hilarious!

Principessa:

It looks like it is some kind of a game show where the contestants actually do get punished if they laugh.

It isn't really a game show...it's pure and simple punishment!

goo to youtube.com and look for "silent library" it's the same guys and they're in a library reading and have 6 cards the one who hets the joker is punished...there are quite alot of painfull punishments...like being hit in the ass with a baseball bat (a baseball player takes the swing)!

http://www.youtube.com/results?search=s ... rch_videos - here is the link

First scroll down and watch the one called: silent library with ernesto hoost.....after this one watch the other ones....

And yes it's really a public library!

Well in Japan/China spanking is considered funny as well. Not like the west where spanking is more off a naughty thing. The aim is to show that if you laugh you will be spanked! After all school children in Japan and China do get punished when they dont do their home work etc etc.

Well "nijuu" is the way to say the number "20" in Japanese, literally meaning "two tens." Then you have "hyakuu" meaning 100...

There's a different way to say "20 things," "20 cars;" for example you don't say if MS got first he is "ichi" but "ichiban" with the "ban" indicating a rank.

This is Ernesto Hoost, K1 Grand Prix kickboxer. The bald guy and his partner have been running a comedy show for years in Japan...

I was pretty sure that that was the case. Just as it is in French. For example, 90 in French (words) is "quatre-vingt dix", which means four twenties and ten.

But can you imagine what would've happened had the number been 10,000. He would've been counting 10's 'til August :D :D :D
