I think it's far too fussy for a Singer, æsthetically. Usually they do wonderful job of cleaning up the rough edges of design and execution that Porsche had left hanging through mass production-izing. But here it seems like they were going for more of a car show concept look. For my money I would have preferred a much more 959 Dakar approach.
The rubber dive planes are an interesting idea nonetheless.
