Work Experience

Post

Hi all...i just got a query about work experience that i have to do at the end of this year, before i can go into 4th year engineering next year.

Well basically i have to do 3 months with an engineering firm. I was hoping to maybe join a racing team but there really isnt much open wheel categories here in australia. So i was thinking maybe better to go to UK than.

Do any of you guys know any race teams that do this sort of thing, and maybe have any contact details?? I really wanna go overseas and do this so any help that you can provide me would be really appreciated.

Thanks all.

I don't think V8 supercars will help much with F1 or Single seaters. I would consider Formula Ford to Formula Renault for that, the later being the best with wings etc. In Britain theres plenty of it, they follow our Touring Car races for support races, fantastic, try West Surrey Racing, they run several catagories, also Carlin, heres the series links.
