German GP

Post

Next week this time, Tomba and me are walking around the circuit

Can't wait can't wait! I hope that Alonso can spoil Schumi's home Grand Prix. That would be cool

Have fun you two! I am very jealous.

A friend of mine went to the German GP a few ago (he is from Britain) and had a great time watching the race in the sun and eating vast quantities of wurst.

Enjoy it and post some of your pics

See if you can wonder into the paddock without being noticed. If you look like your supposed to be there you'll be amazed where you can get! I've found myself in Matt Neils garage at Croft BTCC talking to the merchanics before the race! No doubt F1 security is tighter, bu no harm trying.

curious that michelin didn't have efficient answer to the last 2 GP who was on hotest track since 3 years, 56 and 57 degree, 10 degree over the hotter regular years before!

BS had litle edge, if next GP go back to normal around 40 degree, Alonso will snapp lucky german cheater a slap in the face! R26 is clearly the best racer and with or without damper FIA plunk!

sorry , i can't cope with the red of the pasta's munchers, this cavalino is such ridiculous, because a horse is 100 times more reliable than any overated ferrari to run 1000 kms away!

I would love to be there, it's going to be a very important race. Ferrari have steadily improved, yet they cannot falter at all if they hope to capture any championships. The Shu fans will be out in droves, it will probably put Octoberfest to shame.

It's interesting that this is also turning into a tire war, with Bridgestone improving over Michelin. I really wonder how comitted Michelin is towards spending money from this point forward. Bridgestone, just the opposite. They will be the sole tire supplier next year, and it would be in their best interests to finish on top of Michelin at the end of the season.
SA will have their new driver in place, and I am sure that makes many people nervous. With their "newer" car, the Midland drivers will have a real fun time charging towards the first turn at the start of the race. I wonder what the oddmakers have going on that deal, whether a Midland will be taken out by an SA lap one, turn one.
