Countries that make Formula 1 popularity rise worldwide

Post

1. Malaysia since 1995 (thanks to Petronas sponsorship in Sauber)
2. South Korea since 1994 (thanks to Korean Air sponsorship in Simtek)
3. India since 2005 (thanks to Narain Karthikeyan presence in Jordan)

Any additions?

Singapore 2008 -> The first floodlit Formula 1 grand prix showed us it can be done, and the cars looked awesome!

Statista mainly shows a decline in viewership since 2008, with the exception of 2018. Now, that's one year too soon for drive to survive, so really there is only one option: Sergei Sirotkin boosted numbers globally.

Or Charles Leclerc, but the entire population of Monaco is not enough to explain the effect... or, considering countries... france?

Decline in viewership don't mean decline in people watching F1, many fans moved to streams because of races moving to pay to view channels.
