I don't recall his exact words, but along the lines of "we now understand why it was banned. Mass damper didn't work in Ferrari, because of Bridgestone tyres." Gotta love him!

Now we understand why they banned the mass damper all of a sudden mid-season. This is because it wouldn't work with Ferrari's Bridgestone tyres, as their fronts are too wide.

Formula One Promotional Awards

Alongside the FIA champions, two FOA Formula One promotional trophies, for television and race promoters, were also presented at the FIA Gala.

The Television Trophy is awarded to the host broadcaster voted by all the other host broadcasters for having produced the best coverage of an event during the Formula One season. This was awarded to Formula One Management for its comprehensive coverage of the Chinese Grand Prix.
