The Asia Rockstar:
Someone who works next to me had finally given up his Lada Niva for scrap, went straight onto e-bay and managed to find the cheapest and probably the worst SUV he could lay his hands on and brought it home. In the past year since he bought the original Asia (sp?) he has managed to acquire at least 3 more, 2 of them have managed to punch their flailing con-rods through the side of the block, one has been converted into a double axle width monster Asia and a forth is still in use.
The Rockster is loosly base on an old willie jeep with some straight 6 engine. Most of them have half canvas roofs at the back which are never air tight. They completely defy the purpose of their class because there's no room to cary anything, they're too horrible to drive on the roads and you wouldn't dare take them off-road because they would just break.

(a particularely nice looking one, probably struggling to start)
I managed to get this guy to tow me to a race the other day and he chose the rockster to do the job, my heart sank when we hit a cross wind and the whole thing started swaying, then the guy stated telling me that this was because my car (Citroen ZX, about a ton) was really heavy and that caused the jeep to oscelate. I might have believed him had my boss not towed the same car on the same road to a previouse race (with a CX) and commented on how easy it was. I think the guy probably knew that the only reason he was strugling was because the Asia's centre of gravity was so high and wheel base so short that it would struggle towing a mini.
Anyway, back to the Mahindra-Goa, why'd you bring it up?
