Lived for 3 days on Gatoraide, Tylenol, and sick pills

Post

I am recovering from the mother of all stomach viruses. I'm still not completely well after having it for about a week (still having to run to the can about 6 times a day). The worst part lasted about 3 days. I couldn't eat anything. If I tried I became unbearably nauseated. I could drink liquids, but even that made me a little sick, so for a while I ingested nothing. I became dangerously dehydrated, and had to go to the emergency room, where they pumped 2 bags of saline in me via IV. I needed help to stand, and felt really weak and disconnected. Imagine constantly being on the verge of passing out. I have never, ever been so sick in my life.

Just thought I'd share my tale of misery with you.

...and suddenly you'll discover why pro-biotics are so great, because they're the opposite of anti-biotics.

Sounds pretty nasty though, my boss caught pneumonia the year before last, never went to hospital and he can still feel the effect of it, you probably quite lucky you went to hospital, you should esscape these after effects.

Glad to hear you're on the up though.

Don't join an FSAE team.. be surviving on energy drinks and vending machine food for days. That gives you some serious gut rot.

Thanks for the moral support. 8) I was actually able to participate in my GT Legends league's online race at Magny-Cours National today, but I DNF Because I lost my connection on lap 19 of 25, and you can't rejoin mid race. :( This seems to happen to me a lot. Oh well, there's always next time.

Not really. I was in a battle for ninth out of a starting grid of 15.
