All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

I have heard lots of radio msg "Mix 1 revs 5" i know that the revs are bascially engine tuning or mapping ...and what are the different fuels that they use which they call mix 1 2 etc ...i wanna know abt the fuel mixture .. can any one help ...?

It refers to the air/fuel ratio mixture, not any specific chemical mix of fuel.

Well more specifically every driver will turn mixture down as much as possible when for example driving behind the safety car. The leaner mixture allows the drivers to save a few laps of fuel which they can use to extend their stint or shorten refuelling times.

The opposite obviously is performed when trying to catch someone up. ;)
