CFD and FEA in architecture

Post

Hello all. While an avid F1 fan and long-time member of this site, I must confess my true passion is architecture. I am currently studying it at a university in California. There is a push in some theoretical and experimental architectural circles right now to take advantage of many of the same tools used in the design and construction of race cars. This is an article which is an example of one such project and an application of these tools which I thought you all might find interesting. I am happy to provide more links and information if you like what you see. cheers!

This last link is a discussion board a friend of mine started for the sharing of ideas and research in architecture which we are looking at as we each do our thesis projects, there are a lot of links which have further information.
